The Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation Plan outlines the objectives, activities andstrategies to maximise the project's impact and facilitate the sustainable use and uptake ofresults by making the project and its outputs well known in Europe. In cooperation with allpartners, the communication and dissemination strategy and activities involve informing, engaging, promoting, and raising awareness about the actionable knowledge on Europeanbryophyte species, whose biosynthetic genes can be used to produce sustainable and bio-basedingredients for the European cosmetics and pharmaceutics market, among all relevantstakeholders. This document outlines the necessary articulation of the project identity, identifies the maintarget groups, specifies the channels for reaching the audience, and proposes an indicativetimeline alongside expected results/indicators. This first version of the document provides anoverall revision and adjustment of the project’s communications strategy, with key performanceindicators. This preliminary plan is complemented by a yearly action plan, communication guidelines, andother practical tools adapted to the requirements of the various phases of the project’s lifetime. As a living document, this strategy is being reviewed throughout the project timeline and updatedaccording to developing needs, with a revised plan expected on M18.
