Abstract

This short document provides an overview of the design elements for the first iteration of the RELISH Platform Prototype. The platform leverages a System of Systems (SoS) architecture. The report provides early access and design details for four core Use-Cases (UCs) currently comprising the platform. Moving forward, the platform is slated to expand with additional UCs, including an interactive food-sustainability map and a spatial-computing AI cooking companion. The first iteration platform prototype architecture and UCs were completed within WP7, led by IST. Links or access to the UCs are provided (when available) in the document. A full technical breakdown of the prototype and UCs can be found in D7.2 "Technical Report: Preliminary Platform Development." The report is a deliverable (D7.1) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
