This v3. 0 document upgrades msf: 48111 into a guarded cosmological framework within USP Field Theory. The Absolute Universe is modeled as a finite oscillatory continuum in which physically realized zero and infinity are approached only as limits, not as actual states. Structure emerges through excitation, local detuning, segmentation, collapse, and re-stabilization into bounded resonance corridors. The central upgrade is the spiralization principle. The document does not claim that the observable universe is literally a visible spiral, a galaxy-like disk, or an object in external empty space. Spiral imagery is treated only as a conceptual visualization of mass–energy closure. The physical claim is narrower: perfectly symmetric relaxation is the ideal radial limit, while realistic mass–energy relaxation under inertia, angular momentum conservation, boundary memory, delayed relaxation, and lateral Delta f asymmetry can become curved, vortical, filamentary, or spiralized. The formal bridge is the USP spin-closure functional: Scl = CS integral over V of r cross grad (Delta f) dV This term vanishes for purely radial symmetry and becomes nonzero when lateral mismatch components persist. The document connects this closure logic to resonance segmentation, spin genesis, Planck-flow re-locking, cosmic filament structure, CMB residual templates, redshift/lensing residual tests, and laboratory resonator analogs. Non-replacement statement: This work does not replace general relativity, Lambda-CDM, quantum field theory, Big Bang nucleosynthesis, recombination physics, standard CMB analysis, or conservation laws. It provides a geometry-first interpretive layer with operational proxies, statistical decision rules, falsification criteria, and a minimal reproducibility pathway.
