The final deliverable D2.2 – Final Version of PATTERN’s New Curriculum documents how the project’s training offer evolved from the initial needs analysis in D1.1 into a mature, evidence‑driven programme. D 1.1 mapped existing Open Science and Responsible Research and Innovation training and identified gaps and needs across the eight PATTERN transferable skills — Open Access, FAIR Research Data Management, Citizen Science, Research Integrity, Gender/Non‑Discrimination Communication, Dissemination Research Ethics Open Access & Scholarly Publishing (2) —each sequenced to support learners from foundational knowledge to advanced practices. These paths are organised around learner personas, such as Researchers (R1–R4), Research Managers and careers beyond academia, ensuring that early‑career researchers, established academics, research enablers and trainers can follow tailored trajectories within or beyond academia. LC2 emphasises active and applied learning through case studies, project‑based assignments and problem‑based scenarios, alongside a train‑the‑trainer model that supports local adaptation and sustainability. The curriculum is delivered via a digital ecosystem combining OpenPlato for self‑paced modules, the Projects platform for collaborative assignments and evaluation, and institutional partnerships for hybrid and in‑person sessions. This ecosystem ensures that materials are FAIR‑compliant, SCORM‑enabled and integrated with evaluation and personalized certification delivery. Overall, D2.2 presents a concise yet versatile curriculum that is ready for deployment across diverse institutions and learner types. It moves beyond one‑off training events by offering modular, interoperable courses that can be reused, adapted and combined according to local needs. The curriculum’s focus on transferable skills and competencies promotes researcher growth, professional adaptability and alignment with European Open Science and RRI policies. By incorporating self‑paced learning, synchronous workshops, blended bootcamps and cross‑institutional collaboration, the programme offers flexible learning pathways that accommodate different preferences and time constraints. Through this approach, PATTERN provides a scalable training infrastructure that supports continuous capacity‑building, fosters community engagement and embeds open and responsible research practices into the European research ecosystem. **This version of the document is still under approval of the EC.
