Newton characterized gravity as action-at-a-distance attraction, while Einstein reinterpreted it as spacetime geometric curvature. Both theories achieve precise predictions within their respective applicable domains, yet neither answers the core ontological questions regarding the persistent dynamic source of gravity and the intrinsic reason why mass generates spacetime curvature. Based on the PFUSRC 11-dimensional triple coaxial biconical topological ontology, this paper proposes that gravity fundamentally originates from the seepage gradient effect of four-dimensional flow variables in three-dimensional space. Strong gravitational fields correspond to steep flow-variable gradient regions, and weightlessness arises from vector cancellation of multi-directional gradients. Planetary orbital rotation represents dynamic equilibrium under multidirectional flow forces. Newton’s gravitational pull and Einstein’s spacetime curvature are merely macroscopic geometric projections of the flow-variable gradient field at different descriptive layers. This paper further establishes a unified 12/11 scaling path covering microscopic B meson lifetime ratios and macroscopic dark matter halo radii, and puts forward seven falsifiable quantitative predictions. The research aims to reconstruct intuitive physical logic, breaking the fragmentation between macroscopic and microscopic physics built by previous theoretical frameworks.
