A minimal structural-executable framework deriving recoverable continuity from C0, the admissibility constraint that no starting point may presuppose the conditions required for its own specification. The paper develops the dependency chain from specification and distinction to admissible transformation, constraint, lineage, collapse/repair, and minimum continuity support (V). It clarifies that (V) is a structural minimum anti-collapse support, not a physical vacuum or hidden mechanism, and that the framework is executable because each candidate transformation can be tested for whether it preserves recoverable continuity or requires rejection, repair, recovery, or collapse.
