This record deposits the CRGE Submission V8 DIMLOAD package for the CRGE closure-residual-readout audit. The package presents CRGE as a bounded, reproducible, precommitted discrete closure-grammar audit, not as a completed replacement for the Standard Model, quantum field theory, general relativity, nuclear physics, or quantum chemistry. This V8 update preserves the neutral submission framing and adds an explicit natural-unit dimensionless closure-load interpretation. In natural units, hbar=c=1, energy and inverse length share the same dimensional basis. The package now states the dimensionless closure-load variable as uᵢ = Eᵢ rᵢ/ (hbar c), which reduces to uᵢ = Eᵢ rᵢ when hbar=c=1.
