As criminal justice education becomes more complex, there is a growing need to adopt effective teaching strategies that can improve both student engagement and learning outcomes. This study explores how different teaching methods can be integrated and applied effectively in higher education. Using a descriptive quantitative research design, primary data were collected from 100 students through a structured questionnaire. The findings show that although lecture-based teaching is still widely used (85%), students clearly prefer more interactive approaches such as case-based learning (58%) and discussion-based methods (22%). Students perceived these methods as improving engagement (mean = 4.12) and understanding (mean = 4.45). Digital tools also contributed positively to learning (mean = 4.02). However, students reported challenges such as limited practical exposure, lack of interaction, and excessive reliance on traditional lectures. The study emphasizes the importance of adopting experiential and student-centered teaching methods to enhance the quality of criminal justice education.
