This volume develops the scattering theory, thermodynamics, and quantum information flow of R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT).It formulates R-wave scattering, constructs a bulk-to-boundary S-matrix, and derives an LSZ-type reduction formula for R-layer perturbations. An interacting R-layer quantum field theory is built, linking mode imbalance to effective couplings.R-wave processes are interpreted as quantum gates, and modular flow is shown to generate a universal quantum computational structure.A thermodynamic framework is developed, including entanglement currents, a second law, and modular free energy. Finally, the R-layer code subspace is described, revealing its quantum error-correcting structure and unifying scattering, thermodynamics, and information processing in RLMT.
