This work presents a phenomenological framework in which physical reality is interpreted as the emergence of equilibrium structures sustained by structural memory. The paper explores the possible origin of universes from nonequilibrium states, introduces a coherence-based description of vacuum organization, and discusses implications for gravity, cosmic evolution, and large-scale structure. The framework is intended as a conceptual and phenomenological model that generates observationally testable hypotheses while remaining distinct from modified gravity or quantum gravity theories.
