This foundations paper consolidates the geometric construction of the Prime Machine — a deterministic, sieve-free generator of all primes built from four reversible moves on a discrete polytope cascade — and asks the question that has been forming across the entire Geometry of Reality series: what does the machine, taken seriously as a complete construction, say about classical analytic number theory? The answer is uncomfortable and structural. The framework reproduces exactly one classical-style spectral identity from the inside: the Prime-Dirac trace identity tau (T) = log C₂ for the twin prime constant, derived as an honest trace on the Hilbert space ell² (P>=₃) of admissible primes. Every other major conjecture in the series — Goldbach, Polignac, Hardy-Littlewood constellations, Collatz, Bertrand — admits a complete geometric proof inside the machine but lies provably outside the reach of any analogous trace formulation. The reason is not a missing technique. It is structural: the per-prime function required to write the trace either does not exist (Goldbach, Polignac, HL — parameter-dependent singular series), or the underlying combinatorial structure refuses to support a per-prime diagonal operator at all (Collatz lives on Z/2K, not on the multiplicative residues; Bertrand is window arithmetic without a diagonal). The paper makes this diagnostic precise. A new spectral section (Section 13) defines the operator, proves the trace identity, formulates the structural condition for any classical trace formula (a parameter-free summable per-prime function f (p) ), and walks through each conjecture showing exactly which clause fails. The wall, in other words, is not a limit of mathematicians. It is a geometric absence — the function classical methods need is not there to be found. This reframes the negative classical results in the series not as failures of the geometric approach to translate, but as honest geometric explanations of why the analytic toolkit has not closed these problems in over a century. The machine recovers the one identity for which the classical apparatus is structurally compatible, and gives a clean structural reason for every case in which it is not. The Prime Machine sits one level deeper — at the geometric construction — and from there both the successes (the twin prime constant emerges naturally) and the long-standing impasses (Goldbach, Polignac, the constellations) appear as features of the same structure, not as separate problems waiting for separate breakthroughs. This is intended as a reference document for the Geometry of Reality series and as an invitation to read each of the individual conjecture papers (Twin Primes, Goldbach, Polignac, Hardy-Littlewood Constellations, Collatz, Bertrand, C₂ Constant) through this single structural lens. What is new in this version: A new Section 14 extends the spectral diagnostic of Section 13 into a structured trace catalogue. The Landau-Ramanujan constant KLR is derived via a projector P₃ = (I - sin (pi D / 2) ) /2 onto primes p = 3 mod 4, with tau (-1/2 P₃ log (I - D^-2) P₃) = log (KLR sqrt 2) = +0. 0776787979. The Feller-Tornier constant splits as log QFT = log Q₁ + log Q₃ across the same character decomposition. Section 14 also introduces a duality reading: Class 1a identities are basis-invariant (position-basis machine invariants), Class 1b identities use Dirichlet characters as operational tools to mediate between the position basis of the machine and the momentum basis of L-functions, connected by Riemann's explicit formula (Mellin / Pontryagin duality). Chebyshev bias and the Brun constant B₂ are placed outside the trace machinery with structural reasons. What is new in the current version: A new Section 13 "Convergence" promotes the branching law of the filter cascade to the fourth structural pillar of the construction, alongside Symmetry, Completeness, and Self-similarity. - Theorem (Branching factor): phi (M₊+₁) /phi (Mₖ) = p₊+₁ - 1 as a standalone theorem (previously buried as a lemma inside the tick proof). - Corollary (Doubly exponential growth): phi (Mₖ) = e^ (1+o (1) ) k log k. - Theorem (Family convergence law): a beta vs alpha classification for prime families of the form aₙ = A bⁿ + c, deciding convergence from the comparison of family growth beta against filter survival rate alpha. - Examples: Fermat numbers (beta > alpha, convergent; consistent with only five known Fermat primes), Mersenne (beta <= alpha, divergent expectation), Sierpinski numbers (beta = alpha, borderline). - Proposition (Six-neighbour adjacency): every 16-cell vertex has exactly 6 neighbours, providing the geometric anchor for the six-fold branching at stage k=3. - Remark (Trefoil negative result): an honest negative test. The Petrie polygon of the 16-cell has screw number 2, not 3, so no natural trefoil structure emerges at this stage. Documented as the construction does not support this reading.
