Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD) is a complex biomarker and directly impacts treatment decision-making in ovarian cancer (OC). Tumors harboring BRCA1 and/or BRCA2 mutations or HRD positive tumors are eligible for poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor (PARPi) therapy. In Denmark, all patients diagnosed with high-grade OC (FIGO stage III or IV) or platinum-sensitive relapsed OC can be offered PARPi maintenance therapy. In this study we assessed the concordance between three methods for quantifying HRD status in OC patients.
