Abstract

In the phase II single-arm IMGN853-0420 trial, MIRV plus Carbo therapy in patients (pts) with FRα ≥25% recurrent PSOC demonstrated an objective response rate (ORR) of 68% and median PFS of 11 mo. In recurrent PSOC, prior PARPi exposure appears to diminish response to subsequent platinum-based rechallenge. Here we explored efficacy by prior PARPi subgroups.
