Bulumtatug Fuvedotin (BFv, 9MW2821), a next-generation nectin-4 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) has demonstrated promising antitumor activity and is well tolerated in patients with cervical cancer (CC). Here, we present preliminary efficacy and safety results from an open-label, multicenter, single-arm clinical study combining BFv with Toripalimab in patients with recurrent or metastatic CC.
