SNAPKITTYWEST is an open-source sovereign computing framework that explores the intersection of systems programming, formal methods, cryptographic provenance, agent governance, and compiler design through a modular, local-first architecture. The current release comprises 18 interrelated software modules spanning linear type systems, compiler infrastructure, cryptographic addressing, finite-field arithmetic, distributed agent governance, esoteric programming language research, topological quantum computing experiments, port-Hamiltonian differential-algebraic equation modeling, and append-only WORM (Write Once, Read Many) artifact management.
