The main purpose of this paper is to introduce hybrid filters of pseudo EQ-algebras and investigate two special types of hybrid filters, namely hybrid positive implicative filters and hybrid implicative filters. Their related properties, several characterizations, and the relationships among them are studied. It is proved that the quotient algebra induced by any hybrid filter of a given pseudo EQ-algebra is separated; every hybrid (positive) implicative filter is a hybrid filter; under certain conditions, every hybrid positive implicative filter coincides with a hybrid implicative filter, and the quotient pseudo EQ-algebra induced by a hybrid positive implicative filter is involutive if and only if this hybrid filter is also a hybrid implicative filter.
