The answer is split into three disciplined layers. First, QTT already has non-gravitational anchored readouts of \ (E_\). The cleanest current route is the resolved Higgs/Fermi/photon-edge constructor \ E_^ (H) = (2\, GF) ^-1/2 2\, qH RH^{ EW} =1. 220889947110^19\ GeV, \ with \ qH=2\![-4²-18², RH^ EW = \!- ₐₓₓ8²6+^-2, \] and \ ₐₓₓ^-1=4 (8+2+_). \ This constructor uses the weak laboratory anchor \ (GF\), not \ (G\), and the no-smuggling firewall is \ E_^ (H) (G ₎₁ₒ, P, mP, EP) =0. \ Second, the paper states the Keystone boundary plainly: neither QTT nor any possible theory can produce an SI/GeV energy from dimensionless integers, angles, and topology alone. A dimensionful value needs one dimensionful bridge. QTT's strict source-only target is therefore \ N ₊₂= tA\, ₂ₒ=4. 95610^-34, \ which remains an amber keystone certificate. Third, the paper promotes the anchor-free web theorem.
