A breadth-first environmental scan of the external forces acting on the AI build-out, organised across the six PESTLE categories: Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental. The scan is descriptive and applies no severity weighting - each force is reported with its source and, where applicable, a scenario range, and any interpretation is attributed to the source that made it.
