This work presents Version 1.1 of the implementation-independent computational realization of the formal Developmental Dynamics and Structural Evolution (DDSE) theory. Unlike conventional computational frameworks centered on optimization, reinforcement learning, or agent architectures, DDSE derives implementation-independent computational principles directly from the mathematical theory introduced in DDSE-I. The paper introduces: • Primitive Developmental Operators• Recursive Developmental Processes• Organizational Representations• Computational Developmental Geometry• A Reference Computational Realization preserving DDSE Structural Invariants Version 1.1 clarifies the conceptual scope of the work by explicitly distinguishing computational principles from executable implementations, intelligent agents, and software architectures. The scientific content remains unchanged while the terminology, positioning, and implementation scope have been refined.
