Abstract The contemporary world is in the midst of a civilizational transition in which dominant capitals (financial and technological), through synergy, are gradually eliminating or distorting the fundamental civilizational capitals (human, cultural, social, and natural). Empirical evidence shows that conventional patterns of confrontation (protest, revolution, institutional reform, migration) have lost their previous effectiveness against this structural synergy, and societies have fallen into a state of "collective cognitive paralysis." A systematic review of the literature reveals that existing theories lack a framework for explaining agency under conditions of complete closure, relying on immaterial capitals on the verge of destruction, and without centralized leadership. This article, employing the method of "design-oriented theorizing" and comparative analysis of theories of collective action (Olson, 1965), resource mobilization (McCarthy McAdam, 1982), relative deprivation (Gurr, 1970), collective behavior (Smelser, 1962), charismatic leadership (Weber, 1922), and posthumanism (Haraway, 2003), formulates the theory of "Uprising for Survival." This theory is a response to the state of desperation of the human being undergoing distortion and being devoured; in which human capital, relying on the remaining capitals on the verge of destruction (culture, collective wisdom, reformers, land) and with a purposeful plan, engages in synergistic and intelligent action to save itself and redefine its position in the new civilizational order. The article, in addition to defining the theory and its seven pillars, presents a complete operational system including a monitoring system, program co-construction system, technical system, economic model, ethical and legal protocol, and step-by-step implementation guide. The comparative analysis shows that the theory of "Uprising for Survival" can be formulated as a new paradigm in civilizational agency by transcending existing theories and confronting them at key points.
