The Unary Field Theory (UFT) predicts a distinctive pattern in the CMB temperature power spectrum: a ~5% power deficit at low multipoles (ℓ∼2–5) and a ~3% excess at intermediate multipoles (ℓ∼10–20), relative to ΛCDM expectations. These anomalies arise from the integrated Sachs-Wolfe (ISW) effect of large-scale κtflow shear—spatial gradients in the residual flow fraction sflow(x)on cosmological scales. The same κtshear mechanism also explains "empty gravity wells" (UFT Prediction Paper IV) and the Hubble flow dipole (UFT Prediction Paper IX), linking low-ℓCMB anomalies to the cosmic web’s large-scale structure. The prediction aligns with Planck 2018 low-ℓanomalies (∼2–3σ) and outlines detection strategies via LiteBIRD/CMB-S4 low-ℓpolarization measurements and ISW-large-scale structure cross-correlations.
