This note corrects and clarifies the scientific status of the Space–Matter–Motion (RMB / Raum–Materie–Bewegung) framework. Several numerical claims from earlier RMB preprints are withdrawn or downgraded where their provenance, statistical support, or derivation is insufficient, while the falsifiable core of the programme is preserved. Key corrections, each backed by an independent re-analysis of the public SPARC database (Lelli, McGaugh (2) the previously reported one-parameter goodness of fit is corrected from χ²ᵥ ≈ 1. 0 to χ²/dof ≈ 473 on real data (under stated screening-level assumptions) ; (3) the percent-level cosmological growth/lensing forecasts are downgraded pending an explicit derivation from the field equations; (4) the proposed shear/memory-kernel origin of the transition scale rc is not supported by the data. The amplitude–baryon relation (A ∝ v²flat) survives as a genuine phenomenological result. A complete reproduction package (rmbᵥerifyₐll. py plus the public SPARC data files) is included: running one script regenerates every number quoted in the note. The document defines RMB as a coherent but unconfirmed, falsifiable framework awaiting confrontation with Gaia DR4, DESI, JWST/ALMA, and Euclid data.
