This paper advances three interrelated philosophical theses as foundations for the companion physics paper on the Timeless Configuration Ensemble. First, infinity is ontologically singular and unique; our universe is a finite dynamic subset of this singular totality. Second, spacetime geometry is an emergent manifestation of quantum fields; time is a product of this emergence, not a fundamental reality — the Pointlike Event Model posits that events are instantaneous and local, carrying no intrinsic before or after. Third, entropy is not a function of time but of physical conditions; gravitational collapse drives entropy to zero at the terminal singularity (Entropic Inversion), mechanically preparing the next cycle's low-entropy initial condition.
