We propose the Artificial Human Intelligence (AHI) framework — a theoretical architecture for machines that develop identity, values, empathy and proto-consciousness beyond narrow task cognition. Drawing from cognitive science, philosophy of mind, and systems theory, AHI defines the conditions under which an artificial system may be considered to possess genuine intelligence analogous to human understanding.
