The primary purpose of this study is to understand the most influential performance factors applied by the institutional management within the Lebanese private-sector universities that had a significant impact on students’ satisfaction with the implemented hybrid learning system. This quantitative study is based on unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), where the main determinants that cover the efficacy of the hybrid learning method, student adaptation, social influence, and university support impact on students’ satisfaction align with UTAUT’s core constructs. Data are collected from various private-sector universities. The study verified that the factor with the greatest impact on students’ satisfaction with the hybrid learning system—by considering the institutional management practices applied by the Lebanese universities—is learning method efficacy; at the second level is the university support, followed by student adaptation. The least influential factor is social influence. A 5-point Likert scale was used to analyze the 222 valid responses to the structured questionnaire administered to 232 students. These results have useful ramifications for Lebanon’s educational administration. To increase overall satisfaction with hybrid learning systems, universities are advised to prioritize enhancement of the quality of e-learning, especially e-book content and instructors’ teaching techniques, while also bolstering technical support and students’ digital competencies.
