This presentation summarizes my experience in the Open Life Science (OLS) Nebula program. It reflects on how my understanding of Open Science evolved from viewing it mainly as open-access publishing to recognizing it as a research approach that promotes transparency, reproducibility, collaboration, and data reuse throughout the entire research process. The presentation highlights the development of a Data Management Protocol as a key learning experience and outlines how these practices will be integrated into my future work in marine ecology and fisheries research.
