This work develops the SLT‑2 framework and shows that the primary fluctuation δ₀ possesses a minimal icosahedral mode at ℓ = 6. This symmetry enforces a structural suppression of all low multipoles (ℓ < 6) and provides a natural origin for the large‑angle anomalies of the cosmic microwave background. The resulting Ih‑based weighting increases the probability of the observed low S₁/₂ statistic compared to the standard cosmological model, without introducing free parameters fitted to CMB data.
