While smartphones, social media, online gaming, and digital platforms offer remarkable educational and social benefits, their excessive and uncontrolled use has emerged as a growing public health concern. Digital addiction among youth is increasingly associated with neurological changes, psychological distress, sleep disturbances, reduced academic performance, and impaired social relationships. Digital Addiction Among Youth: Neurological Effects, Psychological Consequences, and Evidence-Based Intervention Strategies presents a comprehensive review of the scientific evidence surrounding this rapidly evolving issue.
