This conceptual note interprets the 3TR consortium — Taxonomy, Treatment, Targets and Remission — as an example of external convergence with dynamic medicine. 3TR studies autoimmune, inflammatory and allergic diseases together in order to identify shared molecular mechanisms of treatment response, non-response, relapse and remission across traditional diagnostic boundaries. The note does not claim that 3TR validates the Universal Resonance Model (URM). Rather, it argues that 3TR illustrates a broader movement in contemporary immunology: from static diagnostic silos toward cross-disease immune states, longitudinal disease trajectories, molecular signatures, patient heterogeneity and treatment-response patterns. The central argument is that future classification of immune-mediated disease may require two complementary layers: the traditional diagnostic layer, which remains clinically necessary, and a dynamic state layer based on trajectories, shared mechanisms, molecular signatures and treatment-response patterns.
