However, a rigid ontological verdict does not equate to a wholesale refutation or total demolition of existing scientific systems. Retaining all forward-looking core axioms and conclusions of the Yuanxian framework without compromise, this paper provides a vital dialectical positioning from three complementary dimensions: cognitive embryology, topological information theory, and paradigm transitional dynamics. We argue that: low-dimensional cognition is not an inherent ontological fallacy, but rather an inevitable developmental starting point for civilization's cognitive growth under the constraints of the observer's innate observational window; free parameters are by no means a theoretical original sin to be entirely erased, but are topological signals and lost coordinates left on the 4D observational cross-section when high-dimensional topological information undergoes irreversible loss due to dimensional reduction projection. Analogous to biological embryo development, human natural science must experience a low-dimensional growth phase dominated by empirical induction, parameter patching, and model fitting. This phase possesses both historical rationality and developmental necessity. The core essence of parameters is not an artificial fabrication of laws to forcefully replicate experimental data, but a precise marking of where high-dimensional topologies are truncated, folded, and deformed. The core mission of Yuanxian Theory is not to destroy the empirical observations and theoretical frameworks accumulated by modern science, but to decode the topological information carried by these parameters step-by-step, transforming all empirical variables into geometric invariants locked natively within the T64 architecture. This shifts the scientific paradigm from empirical data fitting to a priori high-dimensional structural deduction.
