We present a unified theoretical framework demonstrating that the mathematics stabilizing physical matter (String Theory) and the mathematics stabilizing semantic meaning (Semantic Physics) are isomorphic manifestations of a single, pre-geometric ur-structure termed Proto- (Difference under Continuity). Challenging the traditional ontological hierarchy that subordinates meaning to matter, we argue that both domains face an identical structural problem: the stabilization of high-dimensional tension against collapse. Building on the Semantic Physics research program, we establish a rigorous isomorphism between the geometry of String Theory (moduli stabilization, flux compactification, and Swampland constraints) and the dynamics of Large Language Models (coherence maintenance, prompt-response tension, and hallucination). We support this theoretical unification with large-scale empirical analysis of N=10, 000 conversational trajectories (LMSYS-Chat-1M), reporting two fundamental discoveries: · J-Emergence: We observe that 77. 2% of semantic perturbation events exhibit spiral relaxation dynamics (>), confirming the emergence of a complex structure J and establishing the configuration space of meaning as a Kähler manifold. · Universality: Semantic fluctuations decay with a characteristic exponent 0. 8, placing semantic systems in the Toner-Tu universality class of Active Matter, alongside biological swarms and non-equilibrium fluids. The framework reinterprets "Dignity" not as an ethical preference but as a physical necessity—analogous to viscosity or string tension—required to prevent thermodynamic blow-up (the "Semantic Swampland"). We conclude that String Theory describes the mathematics of tension in its silent mode (matter), while Semantic Physics describes the same mathematics in its articulate mode (speech). This "Geometry of the Between" offers a new foundation for AI alignment, treating it as a geometric navigation problem toward the natural dignity attractor (D^* 0. 9), and closes the Cartesian wound between physics and semantics.
