TLMM v7.6 presents a reproducible design specification for multi-scale spatiotemporal structural medicine. Unlike previous framework-oriented releases, this version explicitly distinguishes architectural specification from empirical evidence. The framework defines 30 canonical mechanisms (M1–M30), 30 validation criteria (V1–V30), and a 30 × 30 = 900-cell falsifiability matrix, while reporting that 0 empirical results have been established at the time of publication. The accompanying figure series is generated directly from machine-readable canonical registries and is automatically audited before rendering. Cross-figure consistency checks, retired-numeral validation, registry integrity verification, and reproducible build scripts are included to ensure that no unsupported empirical claims can appear in either the manuscript or the figures. This Zenodo record contains: TLMM v7.6 manuscript (PDF) Canonical figure archive (24 figures) Machine-readable registries Figure generation scripts Audit suite Reproducible build pipeline Documentation (README) CC BY 4.0 license This release represents a framework specification and reproducible research infrastructure rather than validated clinical evidence.
