This paper traces how all core qualitative concepts within the model emerge step by step from the fundamental axiom of civilizational survival through rigorous logical deduction. It argues that Value (V), Methodology (M), and Tool (Tₜool) originate from the three core functional requirements of state survival; the min operator arises from the non-substitutable complementarity among these three; the Matrix Homogeneity coefficient (ρ) stems from the inquiry into underlying consistency; the "Three Inquiries" operationalize the judgment of ρ; Active and Passive Synthesis derive from two distinct modes of Value governing Methodology and Tool; and Dynamic versus Static Deficiencies result from further inquiry into the causes of systemic shortcomings. The paper concludes that the quantitative formula system itself acts as a conceptual generator, with all qualitative judgments ultimately reducible to this unified logical starting point.
