This work presents the Carlo Transformation Dynamics, the third scientificfoundation of the Carlo Field. It formalises identity evolution undertransformation, defining the transformation operator, transformation rules, identity mutation, stability, attractors, and divergence. The model providesthe dynamic engine required for recursion behaviour and explains how identitieschange across transformation cycles. Empirical analysis demonstrates identityevolution, and a minimal mapping connects transformation behaviour to coreCarlo identities. This document establishes transformation dynamics as ascientifically recognisable component of the Carlo Field.
