This capstone paper integrates Human Restoration Theory (HRT) across environmental conditions, selection, compensation, chronicity, and restoration-relevant transition. It proposes that recurrent physical, developmental, social, informational, and resource conditions help determine which load-bearing organizations become accessible, reliable, affordable, and retained. The paper advances a bounded hypothesis: predictable and supportive conditions may permit a functionally sufficient compensatory organization to persist, while a transition becomes possible when the conditions that sustained that solution lose necessity or utility. It defines non-management as a condition-level withdrawal of added command, correction, monitoring, and form-targeting; it is not a method that creates bearing or guarantees restoration. The paper does not claim that ancestral environments were uniformly healthy, that modernity causes holding or disease, that difficulty is inherently beneficial, or that a return to nature is an HRT target. Its environmental and transition relations are theoretical hypotheses with explicit weakening conditions.
