This record contains the preprint "The Origin of the Ansatz: SU(3) Channel Factors, Pauli Selectivity, and the Kinematics of a Two-Term Pair Interaction" (v0.3, English and Turkish versions), the theoretical companion to the neutron-skin study (doi:10.5281/zenodo.21345121) and the neutron-star study (doi:10.5281/zenodo.21386134). Independent reviews of both companion papers converged on one question: why exactly this interaction? This paper answers what can be computed and names what cannot: the coefficient pair (−2/3, +1/3) is derived as the one-gluon-exchange color factors of the two irreducible quark-pair channels (3⊗3 = 3̄⊕6), computed from the SU(3) quadratic Casimir, signs included; the channel asymmetry of the model's isovector counting is derived as Pauli flavor selectivity (the attractive antitriplet channel is closed to like-flavor pairs at contact); the radial forms are named (one-gluon Coulomb attraction; a localization-energy repulsion, presented after an explicit circularity audit as a structural reading, not a discovery); and the interaction is shown to contain no dynamical constant — its scale is kinematic, with all dynamical strength residing in the single medium factor whose irreducibility was proven in the star paper. Open problems are stated as such, and a clearly labeled interpretive layer connects the derived structure to the model's conceptual companion (doi:10.5281/zenodo.21365025). All numbers are reproduced by a single deterministic script whose SHA-256 digest is recorded in the paper.
