This paper presents the first task-specific application architecture for Human Restoration Theory (HRT), using sit-to-stand as a bounded whole-body transfer task. It defines how candidate HRT relations may be tested through matched task conditions, multimodal measurement, competing explanations, and explicit falsification rules. The paper does not prescribe a sit-to-stand technique, define an ideal posture, diagnose individuals, establish a clinical protocol, or claim that a visible movement pattern validates HRT. Its central candidate proposition is conditional: reduced continuous active correction is favorable only where task demand is matched and functional reliability, safety, and cost are at least preserved.
