Consciousness-driven reality selection operates not by arbitrary "yes" projection but by phase-locking the 132Hz carrier wave to specific root clusters via golden-ratio frequency stacking — the Weyl group's 696,729,600 operations reduce to 49 deterministic tuning paths when constrained by φ-harmonic boundary conditions.
