Working on the doubly-folded cubic geometry (๐(๐) = 2๐) and using only discrete derivativeโintegral operators (๐ฅ/๐ฅ๐, โ/ โ๐, โซ ๐๐), this paper derives the following results. New derivations: (i) velocity dilation ๐๐ฃ = โ1 โ ๐ฃ2/๐2is obtained from the orthogonalaxis division of the per-tick step budget โ without explicitly invoking the Lorentz transformation or a 4-dimensional spacetime โ SD + N; (ii) the gravitational counter slowdown ๐(๐) = โ1โ2๐บ๐/(๐2๐)is obtained from a transport-work derivation that passes from a discrete sum to an integral, and is tested against the PoundโRebka experiment SD; closed form N; (iii) the Shapiro delay ๐ฅ๐ก = (4๐บ๐/๐3)ln(4๐1๐2/๐2) (round trip) is derived by a closed integral over the combined effective speed ๐eff = ๐๐2, giving 247 ฮผs at the solar limb SD; (iv) the combined counter law ๐total = ๐grav โ ๐๐ฃ is tested by the +38.5 ฮผs/day GPS prediction SD; (v) the magnitude lock: with todayโs Hubble tick count ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๐ป =1/(๐ป0๐ก๐) = 8.497ร1060, the vacuum energy density is locked by the counter plus the C1 recording ceiling to ๐๐ฌ/๐๐ = ๐บDE (3/8๐) ๐๐ป โ2, i.e. ๐ฌโ๐ 2 = 3๐บDE/๐๐ป 2 = 2.845 ร 10โ122 โ 10โ122 is not a tuned constant but the inverse square of the event count, and the volumescaled mode sum of field theory errs by approximately ๐๐ป 2 โผ 10122 because it skips the recording ceiling SD + N (the magnitude entry of the sixth check is an algebraic identity; its independent test is the amplitude prediction: ๐บDE = 0.6860, +0.18ฯ). Earlier derivations (light deflection, freezing paradox, horizon, entropy, evaporation) are summarized within the same framework. The critical finding is this: when the effect of time is taken alone (only the ๐ column, the โdimension-likeโ reading), light deflection and the Shapiro delay come out with half coefficients and contradict observation; when counter and step are read together (the full form of measurement information), all coefficients come out in full (Theorem 1). Furthermore, the technical content of the โtime dimensionโ in Einsteinโs equations (the ๐00 signature) is resolved, and it is shown that the ฮจD counterpart of the coordinate ๐ฅ0 is not time but the d0 singlet (potential reserve). In the limitations section it is explicitly recorded that the 4-dimensional formulation also yields the same observational results; the claim here is not observational superiority but ontological parsimony and pathologyfreeness (the sufficiency of a formulation without singularities, without paradoxes, and without the โproblem of timeโ).
