Photonic Universe Hypothesis (PUH) — Derivation and Synthesis. THE GAP T286 NAMED. T286 recast the cosmic web as the branched-flow caustic pattern of the primordial CORE STREAM (massive particles) rather than of gravitational waves, and was explicit that one number remained uncomputed, verbatim: "The caustic distance is not computed. T159 gives the wave form, lcaustic ~ lcorr (k lcorr sigmaₙ²) ^ (-1/3). The particle form requires the substrate fluctuation amplitude and the core velocity distribution, neither of which is in hand — the latter being gated on the. . . rebound mass spectrum. " Two inputs were missing: the substrate fluctuation amplitude (sigmaₙ) and the core velocity distribution. THE PIECE NOW IN HAND. The core velocity distribution was supplied, this same session, by T291 (corrigendum to T196): the relativistic momentum law v (m) = c/sqrt (1 + (m/mcrit) ²), under which the light cores form a CO-MOVING PILE-UP at ~c. A co-moving, near-mono-energetic stream of massive particles through a weakly-random refractive medium is the canonical branched-flow configuration — the electron regime (Topinka et al. , Nature 410, 183 (2001) ) that is T159's own first citation. T291 thus supplies not just a velocity distribution but the RIGHT one, collapsing the particle problem onto the ray-optical caustic geometry T159 already solved. THE TWO PICTURES. ROUTE A (T159, T286): the web is the core-stream branched-flow caustic pattern through the Planck-core-foam disorder, correlation length lcorr ~ 5 Mpc (core spacing). ROUTE B (Three Boundaries, T207): the web is the boundary network of coherent E8 tectonic blocks from differential rotation of the conical rebound, at the void scale — Bootes Void radius 62 Mpc. As bare numbers 5 vs 62 Mpc reads as a tenfold conflict. WHY 5 MPC IS NOT A WEB SCALE. The 5 Mpc is the DISORDER (input) correlation length, not the web (output) scale. Branched flow produces caustics at a scale much LARGER than the disorder that seeds them (T159 eq. 3): lcaustic ~ lcorr (k lcorr sigmaₙ²) ^ (-1/3). T159 evaluates this — lcorr = 5 Mpc, wavelength ~ BAO, sigmaₙ = 0. 05 — obtaining lcaustic ~ 54 Mpc. (Honest reproduction note: a wavelength-INDEPENDENT scaling gives ~37 Mpc from the same 5 Mpc, which is why the wavenumber factor is not optional; T159's k-dependent 54 Mpc is used. ) 54 Mpc is Route A's OUTPUT, and it sits within fifteen percent of Route B's 62 Mpc (ratio 1. 15). The apparent tenfold conflict was comparing Route A's INPUT length to Route B's OUTPUT length; like-for-like, the routes agree to 15 percent. THE NESTING (Theorem 293. 1). Fifteen-percent agreement alone could be coincidence; T208 promotes it to identity. T208 (Convergent Boundaries / Mass as E8 Density): lattice density accumulates at convergent block walls and evacuates block interiors. But lattice density IS refractive index (n = 1 + rho/rhoPlanck, T159/T232). So the refractive medium n (x) branched flow runs through is NOT independent — it is SCULPTED by the blocks: dense walls, empty interiors. The block structure sets the large-scale refractive envelope; the core-stream branched flow forms caustics WITHIN it; both land at the block scale because the blocks set the scale. Causal order fixed by the Rebound sequence: lattice settles into blocks FIRST (differential rotation), core stream branch-flows within that block-sculpted medium SECOND. Filaments are simultaneously block boundaries (highest density/index) AND caustic branches (where core-stream rays focus) — because the flow focuses onto the high-index walls the blocks already built. One scale — the block scale — expressed twice. FALSIFIABLE CONTENT. P293. 1 (scale tracking): if the web is this single nested structure, the void-size distribution and the filament-spacing distribution must share ONE characteristic scale and track together across the observable range (testable in DESI/Euclid void catalogues vs filament reconstructions). FALSIFIER: if void sizes and filament spacing are uncorrelated, or differ systematically by more than a factor of two, the nesting is false, the routes describe independent structures, and PUH double-counts one web. Inherited discriminants (retained, not re-derived): the caustic power-spectrum excess P (k) PUH = P (k) CDM x (1 + Acaustic (k lcorr) ^ (2/3) ), Acaustic ~ sigmaₙ², and the three-point bispectrum with caustic-aligned phase correlations. P293. 1 is a distinct, purely geometric test requiring only two length distributions, not a power spectrum. HONEST GATING. DERIVED: that 5 Mpc is an input not a web length; that Route A's output is T159's lcaustic = 54 Mpc; that this is within 15 percent of Route B's 62 Mpc; that T208 causally links them (Theorem 293. 1, the nesting) ; and P293. 1. INHERITED, flagged, NOT re-derived: T159's caustic law and its 54 Mpc (which depend on assumed sigmaₙ = 0. 05) and T291's velocity law. OPEN: sigmaₙ, gated on the substrate equation of state (the standing keystone that also gates Rₛub, the Snap criterion, and the surface/bulk dynamical sequel) — the ABSOLUTE web scale carries its assumption, but the SCALE RELATIONSHIP and NESTING depend only on branched flow amplifying the disorder scale to the caustic scale, true for any sigmaₙ < 1; and a full ray-tracing of the core stream through an explicitly block-structured n (x), which would replace the scale ESTIMATE with a computed caustic MAP, not attempted. NOT CLAIMED: that branched flow replaces gravitational structure formation (T286's caveat retained — seed, alongside, or redundant, discriminated by k^ (2/3) /bispectrum) ; that sigmaₙ is derived; that 54 vs 62 is exact rather than 15 percent; or that the caustic map is computed.
