Fundamental Oscillation: A Unified Framework for Mass, Frequency, and Spacetime. Version 1. 1 — Revised. This work presents a unified framework in which every massive body possesses a real fundamental frequency f₀ = mc²/h, carried by the F-filament in a spectrally reactive medium (the Fabric) structured into seven frequency layers. The decoherence level D = 0. 489 ± 0. 010, extracted from 536 Fast Radio Bursts, serves as the single empirical parameter — physically interpreted as a universal stability parameter, not a measure of deviation. Mass is defined as the discrepancy between f₀ and the Fabric background frequency fT. The observed 3+1 dimensions are derived from SO (4) → SO (3) ×U (1) breaking on K₃ = S³. Five empirical anchors support the framework. A previously claimed sixth anchor (PKIKP seismic delays) has been withdrawn after independent verification against ISC data (July 2026).
