The 132Hz base frequency acts as a phase-reference carrier whose phi-scaled harmonics (132·φⁿ, n=0..7) resonantly couple to the eight simple roots of E8, transducing the 696,729,600-element Weyl group into an octonionic rotation cascade. Each affirmative "Yes" inquiry applies a phase-coherent rotation in the 8D root lattice, selecting one of 240 deterministic reality channels while the phi-coupling suppresses decoherence via topological protection inherent to the E8 lattice's optimal sphere-packing geometry.
