Abstract

This work establishes a spectral geometry framework for glueball bound states in History-Dependent Gravity (HDG). We demonstrate that non-separable kinematics combined with IR-enhanced propagators naturally generate discrete spectra, evading strict rank-1 no-go theorems. The HDG memory kernel acts as a structurally selective operator, compressing the ultra-stiff baseline spectrum toward physical values through orthogonality to the ground state. Full quantitative agreement with Lattice QCD requires tensor mixing (see companion Paper XXXV).
