Abstract A 46-year-old female patient presented with a remaining root of the right maxillary central incisor, which was atraumatically extracted and replaced immediately by the novel design inverted body-shift implant. The implant was positioned in the apicopalatal bone to engage the greatest amount of bone and achieve high primary stability, and bone grafting was utilized to manage the labial gap. Immediate provisionalization was performed using a screw-retained restoration. Clinically, within the limitation of a 6-month follow-up period, favorable hard and soft tissue outcomes were observed. Cone-beam computed tomography analysis at 6 months demonstrated favorable labial bone thickness as compared to immediate postoperative findings. The definitive crown restoration exhibited good esthetics with stable peri-implant tissues.
