Smithian Fold Theory derives uncertainty as conservation of a finite support count across two conjugate descriptions of one state. At depth k, the state contains N=2ᵏ cells and the minimum position-frequency support product is exactly N. The machine certificates verify 2 x 4 = 8 at depth three, 2 x 16 = 32 at depth five, and full conjugate support for a localized state. An independent variance route gives the same object: at depth two the minimal variance product is exactly 1/16, equal to the independently generated floor 1/2^ (2k). Equality, a wider-state control above the floor and identity with spacing squared are all machine-checked. The result replaces unexplained continuum fuzziness with an exact, transparent construction from one self-proven theorem, zero axioms and zero fitted parameters.
