Based on the gravitational barrier and geometric relaxation framework, this paper presents a unified description of the origin of the universe and the evolution of gravity. The origin of the universe is defined as "the initiation of the geometric relaxation process"—the universe begins from a state of maximum geometric strain (= 1) and monotonically evolves toward the geometric endpoint (= 0). Gravity is redefined as the macroscopic manifestation of the geometric strain field during this relaxation process, with its strength monotonically decreasing over time and ultimately vanishing. Retrospective calculations indicate that at the time of the Solar System's formation (approximately 4. 6 billion years ago), the gravitational strength was approximately 24 times its current value. This paper invokes no singularities, inflatons, or quantum gravity schemes, but derives a complete timeline of the universe's origin, inflationary mechanism, matter generation, and final state solely from the geometric relaxation equation. Four explicit falsifiability conditions are provided, rendering the framework scientifically testable.
