This article proves that the black hole information paradox is naturally resolved in Conjugate Spectral Geometry. Information conservation is guaranteed by the ℐ-sector diffusion-response equation — the horizon does not destroy information, because information is always transmitted and preserved in the ℐ-sector. Black hole evaporation produces no information loss: Hawking radiation carries complete quantum information, guaranteed by the unitarity of the ℐ-sector diffusion equation. The black hole itself is an extreme configuration of the 𝒞-sector metric — the causal field density gradient diverges at the horizon, but the ℐ-sector penetrates the horizon. This article provides a rigorous proof of ℐ-sector horizon penetration, the mechanism by which Hawking radiation carries complete information, and the algebraic basis for the absence of a firewall.
