The fundamental indistinguishability of elementary particles remains an ontological enigma within the Standard Model. We propose a solution based on pure Geometrodynamics, hypothesizing that baryonic and leptonic matter are stable, non-evaporating Micro-Black Holes (Geons) formed in the early Universe via high-energy Primordial Gravitational Wave background interference. Crucially, we introduce a helical node casting mechanism ("rolling mills") imparting quantized spin, alongside internal centrifugal self-repulsion inherent to Extremal Kerr-Newman metrics to completely halt Hawking evaporation. Furthermore, we expand this framework into a background-independent Single-Geon Scanning Hypothesis. We derive electric charge from intrinsic spin precession, decode quantum jumps via the Dzhanibekov effect, and explain quantum vacuum fluctuations as sub-threshold geometric clipping. Appendix A establishes the exact non-linear coupled partial differential equations (PDEs) locking the Geon ring's transverse precessional bending waves directly to internal longitudinal compressional and cross-sectional thickness registers. Finally, we propose a Closed-Loop Cosmology where macroscopic black holes function as information-reset delay lines, forcing the compressed internal wave metrics of collapsing structures to reboot at the absolute zero node of the Big Bang (0,0,0,0) without information loss, establishing an autopoietic semantic cosmology.
