Abstract

HAUTE LUMIÈRE Nº 05. An editorial edition of Luminous PESTLE Ecology — The Six Winds of the Living World, Framework Nº 04 of the Luminous 100. The same argument as the source chapter, re-scored for a different reader. Where the chapter proceeds as strategic analysis, this edition proceeds as movements — The Invitation, Two in the Morning, and onward — setting the case for PESTLE as the nervous system of living organisations against full-bleed photography and a seven-mode light system spanning Daylight to Nocturne. The thesis is unchanged: an organisation does not exist in an environment, it exists as an environment. The six dimensions of PESTLE are not external forces acting upon the organisation but six winds blowing through it. Conventional PESTLE operates from a first-order cybernetic posture — observer separate from system — and that posture produces a document which accurately describes the weather without advising whether to bring an umbrella. Thirteen sources, carried whole from the source chapter. The framework kept intact; the six columns thrown away.
