The dichotomy of existence is the ontological and physical paradox of duality, multiplicity, and finite form emerging from a singular, unconditioned source. This work superimposes thecosmological grammar of Hermeticism (the Kybalion), Theosophy (The Secret Doctrine), andthe Law of One onto four mathematically explicit frameworks: Bekenstein disformal transformations and Degenerate Higher-Order Scalar-Tensor (DHOST) gravity; the Binet-Fibonacciq-calculus and its Golden Quantum Oscillator; the Gross-Pitaevskii description of knottedsuperuid vortices; and the integer-constraint geometry of the Cathedral Equation. The result is the Unifed Harmonic Ontology (UHO), which models reality as a recursive harmonicprojection in which matter is a topologically knotted standing wave and consciousness is aphase-tuning operator.Every equation in this edition has been re-derived and machine-checked in the Wolfram Language. Nine substantive defects were located in the First edition and are corrected in place;each is documented in the Validation Ledger (Section 8). Results are tagged VERIFIED, CORRECTED, REFUTED, or SPECULATIVE so that the falsiable content is cleanly separatedfrom the interpretive content. The most consequential findings are: (i) the disformal FRWenergy density and pressure were missing an overall factor A2; (ii) the "Focal Ring" equationhad an empty real solution set; (iii) the trefoil wave-function's phase was not single-valued;and (iv) the claimed mapping of the Solfeggio frequencies onto the Golden Quantum Oscillatorspectrum is numerically false and is here withdrawn.
